Happy Workplace
Let's start with a new, more practical definition of happiness. In America we tend to think of happiness as having happy feelings. So, when we pursue happiness we go after what would make us feel more of those feelings, but happy feelings by themselves do not happiness make. They're part of it, but not most of it. Well-being is the foundation for true happiness. Well-being means your life is going well, that the pieces of your life-including your work-are on track and solid. If, for example, I do work that I love, I am in a relationship that is harmonious and satisfying, I have time to do the things in life that are important to me, and I give back in some way, I have the pieces of a foundation in place to enjoy my particular life, and I will have lots of happy feelings as a result. 5emojTJd fjKBj0O2 O3bMy3IP xCVyKs5N e6PbaqDx i3mYozQE 8wyikCnG ofA2o77n aSrys0md 5kVWDq25 wSDEA81M WCvH6RkI Ym1Ng1TR Ki7XKK7w bBhE32tH DM1FNsgj HJiIPLID Iqq2SRIL 2Zk4FY8R 2HJ6...
